Sushi Friends Hashi – Fresh Sushi and Creative Japanese Dining in Fairfax, VA

Found a new favorite sushi spot. The Mentaiko was to die for, and all the sushi tasted fresh with some fun and creative fruity options that really stood out. The place is spacious and has an upscale feel while still being comfortable and welcoming. I’ve come back a few times for their lunch boxes, which are a great value and just as delicious. Friendly service and great atmosphere. Definitely a hidden gem worth checking out.

The sashimi here is super fresh, and the food is just amazing! The cozy, authentic interior adds to the vibe. I really enjoyed the ramen noodles too. I can't wait to come back and try more delicious dishes!

My partner and I had Hashi for the first time. We got the tonkatsu ramen and chirashi. The atmosphere of the restaurant is clean and tidy. I wouldn't go to this place for Ramen but their sushi was something else. You can see the plump and big sashimi pieces. Even the shrimp was juicy which was surprising. Overall I highly enjoyed the chirashi. We also got a Maki Salmon roll and that was also delicious. The seaweed taste was savory and rich which was lovely. Try this place out for your next sushi adventure !

Came in for lunch but unfortunately we missed the lunch special! The lovely sushi made up for it Soft shell crab was excellent! Overall, very reasonable and tasty sushi… nice ambiance, great service. We will be returning, can’t wait!

The building is not luxurious, but the interior of the store is neat and luxurious. It's a Japanese restaurant, but it seems to be run by Koreans, and it was kind. Above all, the menu was varied and delicious. The cream pasta is not a Japanese menu, but it was really delicious, and the Friends Roll and Sushi Box were also delicious. But why did you put a strong-scented Japan seesaw (Japanese vegetables) in the Fukuoka Uni sushi, which costs 36 dollars for 2 pieces? The taste of Uni was hidden by the scent of vegetables. I wanted to taste the expensive Fukuoka Uni, but it was very disappointing that it was covered by the scent of Japan seesaw. Except for this, the food was delicious, and the staff was kind and good. I have a revisit intention! I'll go again.

New place in Fairfax. Very nice ambiance for a low key place. The service is very quick. The Avocado salad is good if you like wasabi. I liked the karaage fried chicken, especially with the spicy mayo (it wasn't too spicy). Beef bulgogi lunch box was good. It had a lot that came with it.

My girlfriends and I ate here last night to celebrate my birthday. Everything we ordered was great and presented nicely. The restaurant was spacious and I loved its ambience. The owner was thoughtful, greeted our table and made sure everything was good. We had a wonderful dinner! Will come back!
